We need to meet to talk logistics and start praying for our ministry.
Please come to a mandatory meeting this Sunday DURING coffee hour.
Grab your snacks and go to room 203 (the room w/no windows), also
where i teach sunday school.

I'll talk about how much money you owe, what you need to bring, what
we'll be doing, etc. etc. etc. and finally, we need to PRAY together
as a team.

In a nutshell:
Be there: This Sunday, July 24
Where: 203
Time: 10:45 right after service
Who: YOU!

Monday, July 11, 2005

your parents do need to be present when you notarize. Elder Kao needs your parents' thumbprint.

Elder Paul Kao will be able to notarize your permission slips. The cost is $10. Your parents do not need to be present.

He will bring the stamp to church on SUNDAY. please don't forget!!
Also bring the form.

When: Sunday 7.17
Where: Room 203, right after English service, around 10:45am.
Bring: Permission slip and $10

All this info will be on the missions2tijuana05 xanga site.
Take care

Important Mexico Entry Information

Due to new tourist regulations in Mexico every person staying in Mexico for more than 72 hours (3 days) is required to obtain a tourist visa.

Documents Needed

  1. You must have a passport or a legal copy of your birth certificate with an additional picture ID.
  2. The cost for the tourist visa is approximately $25 USD cash paid to the Mexican immigration officials. The officials will not accept checks or credit cards.
  3. All minors (under 18 years of age) must also have a notarized permission slip from both parents or legal guardian (need proof of legal guardianship from the court records), granting them specific permission to travel in Mexico with your group.
  4. It is also recommended that a master group list be typed on your group letterhead, which should include each person’s name in your group and indicate you are doing a summer trip to Mexico.
